Code of conduct

By receiving your Med-Tech Summit Pass you are expected to respect everyone at the event regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, naitonality or any other asepct of what we look like.

We do not tolerate any kind of disrespectful behavior in any of our events. We want everyones experience to be positive from the start to the end.

We like to adopt the British Transport mantra – See it, say it, sorted. If something disturbing happens to you or you see something inappropriate happening at the event, please reach out to any one of our team.

We do not accept any kind of disrespectful behaviour in any of our events. Disrespectful behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

– Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion.
– Deliberate intimidation.
– Sustained disruption of talks or other events.
– Unsolicited physical contact.
– Advocating for/encouraging, any of the above behaviors.

Anyone caught violating rules and being disrespectful will be expelled at the discretion of the organisers.
