This marks an exciting prelude to the summit.

Dr. Dylan Attard expressed his eagerness, stating, “We’re absolutely excited to host everyone,” emphasising that attendees would be coming from all corners of the globe, including North America, the Middle East, the UK, and, of course, Malta, emphasising the event’s international appeal.

As he pointed out the MCC’s main hall, he painted a vivid picture of a humming med-tech hub, eagerly awaiting the influx of innovative ideas and collaborations.

Giovanni Lauricella, echoing Dylan’s enthusiasm, illuminated the event’s vision, emphasising a strong commitment to innovation in the world of Med-Tech. This vision promises a more profound and impactful experience at the Malta summit. Giovanni described plans for the venue, highlighting a myriad of stages and panels discussing the latest trends in Med-Tech investments, company pitches, and the intricacies of being a CEO in the industry.

“Not only do we have a fantastic group of people confirming their attendance to the event, but it’s happening inside an amazing, cool venue like MCC,” remarked Lauricella.

On Day 0, an exclusive forum held at the Grand Hotel Excelsior, Valletta, is tailored for Med-Tech CEOs, focusing on fostering mutual support and excluding investors, corporate strategists, and industry partners. It provides a candid platform where CEOs can openly discuss the unique challenges they face at the helm.

Additionally, platinum pass holders can enjoy a cultural tour of Malta on the same day, offering a deeper exploration of the island’s rich heritage and history. For the most adventurous amongst our clients, this is your premium chance to Visit Malta!

Pre-registration will also be available from 18:00 onwards.

The MCC is located in Valletta, Malta. The building was originally built as a hospital in the 16th century by the Order of St. John, and it was known as the Sacra Infermeria or the Holy Infirmary.

Elevating the world of Med-Tech across two days (19th and 20th October)

Our thoughtfully curated agenda will showcase leading CEOs, investors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) delving into the latest innovation trends in the Med-Tech realm. With a CPD-accredited program spanning two stages across two days, no amount of caution has been spared in bringing the absolute cream of the crop to our event. We will also have a B2B area to set up meetings.

At the stage within the prestigious La Valette Hall, Med-Tech World and Lifeblood | Capital + Talent are co-hosting a premium conference experience, focusing on cutting-edge medical technology showcases and engaging strategic panels. The traditional Med-Tech World Awards gala and exciting startup pitch competition will also be gracing the hall, alongside other elegant networking events and dinners.

Simultaneously, at the Sacra Infermeria stage, global experts will be assembling to explore the clinical and technical aspects of digital healthcare. Delegates can expect to witness cutting-edge advancements, ground-breaking research, and transformative innovations that are reshaping the global healthcare landscape.

Additionally, stay tuned for the imminent launch of Med-Tech Match, a valuable tool set to debut just before the conference. This tool, crafted to enhance networking experiences during our events, will enable all attendees to connect with potential business leads and engage in conversations with fellow attendees, investors, industry leaders, and exhibitors.

Charting new horizons at Med-Tech World

Both Dylan and Giovanni emphasised the three pillars of the Med-Tech World Summit: excellent panel discussions, exceptional networking opportunities, and the chance to explore the vibrant island of Malta. Attendees can look forward to a carefully curated agenda, encompassing thought-provoking content and ample networking opportunities within the stunning MCC venue.

As Dylan put it, “Grab a friend, grab an investor, grab an entrepreneur, and go have an amazing conversation.” This October, the Med-Tech World Summit isn’t just about advancing your professional journey; it’s an invitation to savour an unforgettable Maltese adventure.
