Dr Joshua Ellul is Chairman of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA), a technology focused regulator that has put into place a regulatory regime for Blockchain, DLT, Smart Contracts and Artificial Intelligence. Most recently the MDIA has launched the Technology Assurance Sandbox which aims to facilitate start-ups and smaller operations to mitigate technology risks as they scale up their solution.
