Dr Malcolm Falzon is a partner in Camilleri Preziosi’s Corporate & Finance practice group. His areas of specialisation comprise capital markets, corporate, M&A, insurance and gaming law. Malcolm also heads Camilleri Preziosi’s Blockchain & Fintech team, part of which is focussed on the firm’s growing MedTech practice.
Malcolm obtained his doctorate in law from the University of Malta in 2004 and read for a LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law at University College, London in 2005.
