Georgi Chaltikyan, MD, PhD is Professor and Head of Digital Health at European Campus Rottal-Inn (ECRI) of Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT-ECRI) in Germany; a Digital Health Consultant for WHO Europe; the Founder and Head of the Center of Digital Head at Russian-Armenian University (RAU-CDH), and the Founding President of Armenian Association of Digital Health (AADH).
