Jackie is a scientist by profession with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Malta, and a demonstrated history of working in public policy, notably development research and innovation policy, with over 8 years’ experience in European affairs, funding and project management, Smart Specialisation Strategies (RIS3) and innovation and economic development. Jackie now works with the Investment Promotion at Malta Enterprise, working in attracting and supporting FDI to open/relocate to Malta, focusing mainly on the medical cannabis space, pharma sector, life sciences, R&D intensive companies and innovative start-ups.
