Josh is an NIHR Academic Colorectal Registrar working to develop novel solutions for unmet needs in Surgery.  He is Past President of The Association of Surgeons in Training and Current Education Director for The Royal College of Surgeons of England Innovation Hub. He chaired the commission on Future of Surgery: Technology Enhanced Surgical Training and has led a number of innovation events and hackathons for Health Education England.
