Rado has dedicated his 20-year career to Software as Medical Device (SaMD) and Digital Health Innovation.
He grew from the Medical Imaging space to more comprehensive cloud-based, connected and interoperable healthcare platforms. He has focused on user-centric and value-maximising solutions encompassing digital quantitative biomarkers, clinical workflows and decision (support) tools, and covered multiple therapeutic areas and industries from Health Enterprises to Clinical Research/Trials and Pharma.
Rado spent 10 years in and supporting Digital Health start-ups to leverage cloud, mobile, and artificial intelligence technologies to bring innovative and agile healthcare products to the regulated medical device market.
He has an eMBA from HEC-Lausanne (2018) with a focus on Healthcare management, and is currently pursuing the INSEAD Leading in a Transforming World program.
His broad experience has allowed him to gain solid hands-on expertise in SaMD Lean & Agile development, lifecycle management, quality management systems, and leading product and regulatory strategies alongside organisational digital transformation.
