Imran is a Consultant in Infection and Associate Medical Director at Croydon University Hospital. He is also an Honorary Associate Professor at UCL for Quality Improvement. He read Computer Science prior to becoming a doctor and co-founded Code Med. Imran was appointed to the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Scheme in 2021.

Arron is a junior doctor, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur and Deputy Lead of Emerging Technology at the Department of Health and Social Care. He is committed to creating a digitally literate NHS workforce. He therefore co-founded Code Med, a startup that equips healthcare professionals with programming skills so that they can develop digital innovations aimed to benefit patient care.

Professor of Artificial Intelligence - University of Malta
Prof Alexiei Dingli is a Professor of AI at the University of Malta. He has been conducting research and working in the field of AI for more than two decades, assisting different companies to implement AI solutions. His work has been rated World Class by international experts and he won several local and international awards (such as those by the European Space Agency, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the United Nations to name a few). He has published several peer-reviewed publications and formed part of the Malta.AI task force which was set up by the Maltese government, aimed at making Malta one of the top AI countries in the world.

For over 20 years, Fran Ayalasomayajula, executive healthcare strategist and technologist, has been dedicated to serving the health needs of populations around the world. Prior to HP, Fran worked for major healthcare institutions, including WHO, CDC, BMS, and UHG. Fran is a devoted volunteer serving as the President of Reach, a non-profit social impact organization, and a board member of multiple industry leading organizations, the Consumer Technology Association Health and Fitness Division and NHS of San Diego, and many others. Fran is also the author of several publications on a variety of healthcare topics including best practices for the successful adoption of virtual reality in the clinical setting; scaling global connected health programs; clinical empathy, and technology adoption for aging well.

Lorandt Foelkel is an application engineer at Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH for EMI/EMC situation and switched mode power supply (SMPS) design for industrial and automotive electronics applications. He is the company spokesperson for EMC & RF Electronic Design seminars and holds over the World, since 2005, more than 900 seminars to design engineers, giving training to easy understanding the EMC problems at board level.
With over 30 years’ experience in electronic design, including 21 years in product management for passive components at Würth Elektronik eiSos, Lorandt has widespread experience for EMC, filter design and efficiency improvement for SMPS. After his study at “University Transylvania Brasov” in Kronstadt, he worked for 9 years as service engineer for consumer electronics then 4 years as design engineer for ATEX (explosion safety) remote controllers.

Lecturer and Researcher & Chair of MSc in Digital Health Board of Studies - University of Malta
Dr Conrad Attard is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of ICT (FICT) at the University of Malta and also the Deputy Dean of the same Faculty. He is the lead researcher of a project funded through RIDT and industry on pervasive electronic monitoring in healthcare PEM. He has taken part in various panels discussing ICT, digital health, and science. His main research areas are digital health, mobile computing, and enterprise IT planning particularly the way they are adopted at the workplace. He is the Chair of IEEE Malta Computer Society. Recently was nominated Chair of IEEE Region 8 Professional and Education activities subcommittee.

She is the founder and host of the Faces of digital health podcast, exploring how different healthcare systems around the world adopt technology. Zajc has been involved in different international digital health organizations and publications. She has organized several international conferences on digital health and regularly participates in international events as a speaker, moderator or panelist.
