Simple directions to HKCEC (Meeting Rooms S421–S430):
  • From Exhibition Centre Station (5–10 mins): Exit B3 → follow covered walkways → HKCEC Phase 1 → west escalator/elevator to Level 4.

  • From Wan Chai Station (10–15 mins): Exit A5 → walk via footbridge → HKCEC Phase 1 → west escalator/elevator to Level 4.

  • By taxi / drop-off (5 mins): Harbour Road entrance → HKCEC Phase 1 → west escalator/elevator to Level 4.

Harbour travel: Ferries across Victoria Harbour, including the Star Ferry, offer an easy and scenic way to travel between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

  • MTR: Use an Octopus Card for quick tap-in/out. Single-ride tickets are available at machines—cash can’t be used at gates.
  • Buses: Most accept Octopus Card; cash must be exact fare.
  • Pro tip: Keep an Octopus Card handy—it’s faster and easier than cash!
