MedTech World’s presence in North America has continued to grow over the past two years. The journey began in 2025 in San Jose with MedTech World’s first flagship event in the United States, highlighting the importance of the North American market within the global MedTech ecosystem. Building on that momentum, MedTech World launched its West Palm Beach edition in May 2026, welcoming more than 600 attendees from 26 countries, including investors, founders, clinicians, health system leaders, regulators, and corporate decision-makers.
Following the success of the 2026 edition, MedTech World North America heads into 2027 with an expanded vision, including the introduction of dedicated MedTech World Startup Tracks designed to connect early and growth-stage companies with investors, strategics, and healthcare leaders. Hosted at the iconic Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida, the 2027 edition will feature stage programming, curated private meetings, investor engagement opportunities, the Awards Gala Ceremony, and the live Startup Pitch Competition.
With ~80% of attendees coming from the USA, this event offers one of the most strategic and fast-growing markets for MedTech expansion, particularly for companies with North America ambitions. The MedTech World Buyer Connect Program is designed for qualified buyers seeking meaningful connections with solution providers, innovators, and startups. Approved buyers receive a complimentary Platinum Pass to the relevant MedTech World edition, access to the dedicated Buyer Lounge and matching platform, priority matchmaking with sponsors and exhibitors aligned to their sourcing interests, and invitations to selected networking sessions throughout the event.
In return, participants are expected to attend a minimum of eight curated one-to-one meetings, ensuring valuable and relevant business conversations while making the most of their time onsite. Please note that complimentary passes are issued at the Standard tier only and do not include access to premium ticket categories. Buyers who do not fulfil the minimum meeting commitment will be invoiced at the Standard ticket rate. Retroactive discounts, refunds, or adjustments to existing bookings are not applicable.

Our Investor Pass is reserved for active investors seeking meaningful deal flow, curated introductions, and direct access to high-potential founders. Applicants must be wearing solely an investor’s hat, with no conflicting consulting, advisory, service provider, or commercial interests within the ecosystem.
Approved applicants receive a complimentary Platinum Conference Ticket in exchange for committing to participate in at least eight meetings with founders throughout the conference. This ensures meaningful engagement for both investors and startups while creating valuable networking and investment opportunities.
