Every November, Malta becomes a meeting point for the global MedTech community. This year, MedTech World Europe returns to the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta from 11 to 13 November 2026, bringing together international delegates for a week of investment, innovation, and networking.
Beginning with a new Investors Retreat in Gozo from 9 to 11 November, this year’s edition will feature two conference stages, the largest exhibition floor in MedTech World’s history, executive forums, the Startup Pitch Competition, and the 9th Edition of the MedTech World Awards.

From 9 to 11 November, the new Investors Retreat in Gozo offers founders and investors the opportunity to connect away from the pace of the main conference. Designed around smaller groups and shared experiences, the retreat creates space for meaningful conversations that are often difficult to achieve on a busy exhibition floor.

On 11 November, delegates can also participate in a cultural tour of Malta before joining the CEO-Only Forum, Investors-Only Forum, and an evening networking reception. Together, these experiences create an environment where conversations can continue long before the opening keynote.
Conference Days on 12 and 13 November feature two parallel stages covering investment, artificial intelligence, clinical innovation, digital health, regulation, and commercialisation.
This year’s edition also includes the largest exhibition floor in MedTech World’s history, bringing together startups, healthcare organisations, investors, corporates, and solution providers from around the world.
Delegates can also visit the Startup Village, meet investors in the Investor Lounge, attend workshops and company showcases, join curated networking lunches, and continue discussions during the VIP evening networking reception.

The Startup Pitch Competition gives ten emerging companies the opportunity to present their technologies before investors, healthcare leaders, and industry experts, while startups exhibiting in the Startup Village can showcase their solutions to an international audience.

The week concludes with the 9th Edition of the MedTech World Awards, recognising achievements across the global MedTech and HealthTech sectors.
The awards celebrate innovators, organisations, and leaders whose work is advancing healthcare while giving delegates another opportunity to strengthen relationships and celebrate the community that has come together throughout the week.
Since launching in Malta in 2020, MedTech World has grown into a year-round platform connecting healthcare innovators across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
The 2025 Malta edition welcomed more than 2,000 delegates, with 60% travelling from outside Malta, reflecting the event’s growing international reach.
Following successful editions in Dubai and West Palm Beach, and with Hong Kong taking place from 26 to 28 August, MedTech World Europe is where those conversations come together. As the final event on the annual calendar, it provides an opportunity to reconnect with partners, investors, customers, and collaborators met throughout the year.
