Our Recruitment Process

  1. Submit Your CV & Portfolio 
    Ready to join the MedTech World Squad? Apply for your favorite role above, or reach out to our Talent Acquisition team, attaching your CV and portfolio. We can’t wait to see what you bring to the table. 
  2. Screening Time (Up to 5 Days)
    We’ll take a few days to review your application. Don’t worry – we’re thorough, but we’re quick!
  3. Initial Meeting 
    Following a positive competence and values-based review, one of our Talent Acquisition managers will invite you for an online call. It’s an opportunity to introduce yourself, learn more about MedTech World story, our culture, and the role’s dynamics, and prepare any questions for the official interview. 
  4. Meet Your Potential Line Manager(s) 
    We love face-to-face interaction. If you’re the right fit, we’ll arrange for you to meet your potential line manager(s) in person. It’s a great way to get a feel for the team and the office. 
  5. Test or Offer Decision 
    Depending on the role and the department, we might ask you to complete a test. This may take up to a week. If everything goes well, our Talent Acquisition team will make you an offer. If unsuccessful, we always make sure to provide you with comprehensive feedback.
