MedTech World has announced its 2026 calendar of flagship events, building on the momentum of recent years, where the platform has become one of the fastest-growing communities for MedTech founders, investors, regulators, and thought leaders. The series will take place across the UAE, USA, Asia, and Europe, uniting thousands of stakeholders advancing medical technology.
Looking ahead to the upcoming year, Dr. Dylan Attard, CEO, MedTech World, said:

My own journey — from leaving surgical training to stepping outside the hospital and into the wider world of healthcare innovation — reflects that same spirit of growth and reinvention. What began as the vision of a young doctor from a small island in the Mediterranean, imagining MedTech World as just an annual conference, has evolved into a global movement that now unites clinicians, entrepreneurs, investors, and regulators. In 2026, we are going bigger and better. Our mission is to create stronger bridges between innovators and investors, regulators and entrepreneurs, clinicians and technologists. Each event will not only spotlight groundbreaking technologies but also open doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and growth for the MedTech community worldwide.”
In just a few years, MedTech World has gone from hosting its flagship event in Malta to building a network that now reaches across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. The Malta 2024 conference welcomed more than 2,000 delegates, 300+ speakers, 100+ investors, and 300+ startups, underscoring its role as a true international hub for the industry. In the Middle East, 2025 marked our fourth year in the region — and a milestone moment, as for the first time our Dubai gathering was formally approved and supported by both the Dubai Health Authority and Emirates Health Services, paving the way for an even stronger return in 2026.
The series begins with MedTech World Dubai from 11 to 13 February 2026 at the Intercontinental Festival City Hotel, Dubai Festival City. Following the success of the inaugural edition in 2025, the event promises even greater scale with expanded networking sessions, curated investor–startup meetings, and thought-provoking discussions on regulation, capital, and innovation in the region. MedTech World is proud to announce the launch of its flagship U.S. conference next May in Florida, a 3-day gathering that will feature our highly sought-after startup pitching competition alongside the prestigious MedTech World Awards Ceremony at the Hilton West Palm Beach. This milestone builds on our successes in the U.S. so far, including a dynamic event at the Texas Medical Center in Houston and a one-day program with MedTech Innovator in San Jose following their four-day boot camp. With these foundations laid, we are excited to expand our presence and continue building bridges across the Atlantic, fostering collaboration between American and international innovators, investors, and healthcare leaders.
Our footprint in Asia has been steadily growing, and the next chapter is already taking shape. From Singapore — where we hosted our first event last year and return again this September — to Seoul, and most recently Hong Kong in June, we’ve had the privilege of engaging with some of the region’s most exciting MedTech ecosystems. Building on this momentum, we are now preparing to secure a home base for MedTech World in Asia, with plans to launch a flagship conference in Hong Kong in August 2026. Designed as a 3-day gathering featuring our hallmark startup pitching competition and the MedTech World Awards Ceremony at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, this will serve as a new gateway for international collaboration, connecting Asia’s vibrant innovation hubs with global investors, entrepreneurs, and healthcare leaders.
The calendar will culminate with MedTech Malta 2026 scheduled for November 2026 at the historic Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, Malta. Over the years, Malta has become the heartbeat of MedTech World’s movement, bringing together thousands of participants for three days of keynotes, panels, investor forums, networking, and the MedTech Awards. Known for its vibrant energy, Malta is where global connections are cemented, and 2026 is set to build on that reputation with even greater international participation.
