Dr. Narges Sheikhansari, Executive Advisor and Public Health Expert in the UAE, brings over a decade of experience across global health affairs. Her work in healthcare transformation, population health, longevity, and digital health has influenced policy at both national and international levels. With a strong focus on evidence-based strategy and implementation, Dr. Sheikhansari offers a vital perspective on how innovation can be translated into meaningful public health outcomes.

Complementing this is the expertise of Dr. Khalid Kheder, Advisor to H.E. the Vice Minister for Planning and Development at the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, and Board Chairman of the Quality in Health Care Association, KSA. A consultant in healthcare quality and services, Dr. Kheder has played a key role in developing national hospital standards and advancing patient safety and leadership within healthcare systems. His experience spans policy advisory roles, academic teaching, and extensive training of healthcare leaders across Saudi Arabia.

From the innovation and investment side, Steve Moore, CEO and Co-Founder of Welcome Health Ventures (Saudi Arabia), brings nearly two decades of experience across public, private, and academic healthcare sectors. His work focuses on identifying and scaling proven healthcare solutions across the MENA region, supporting companies through regulatory pathways, market entry, and investment readiness. Having led major health transformation projects in the UK, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, Steve offers a pragmatic view on what it takes to move innovation from concept to impact.

Adding a global innovation lens is Philippe Gerwill, Founder and Managing Director of PGEA Limited, Switzerland. A former Novartis executive, Philippe is widely recognised for his work in digital health, human-centric AI, and healthcare transformation. As an Adjunct Professor at Rome Business School and an international keynote speaker, he brings a forward-looking yet practical approach to how technology can support better healthcare delivery without losing sight of the human element.

Rounding out the committee is Reenita Das, Partner and Senior Vice President, Healthcare & Life Sciences at Frost & Sullivan. As the first woman Partner at the firm, Reenita leads global research and advisory work focused on future healthcare scenarios and operational models. Her expertise spans healthcare forecasting, consumer-driven care, and emerging areas such as Femtech, where she actively advises companies and advocates for technology-enabled women’s health solutions.
