The MedTech World North America 2026 Ecosystem Intelligence Report is out

MedTech World North America 2026 brought 600+ attendees together across three days in May — founders, investors, clinicians, and corporate leaders from 26 countries, all in one room. With 89% of attendees holding C-level, founder, or senior leadership positions, and investors making up nearly a quarter of the room, the conversations that took place were the kind that move things forward. The 2026 edition featured 125+ speakers, 50+ sponsors, and a startup community that made up 33% of the attendee mix, creating a rich founder ecosystem rarely seen at this density outside Silicon Valley. The partnering platform alone recorded over 27,000 activity actions, 1,788 confirmed meetings, and 3,154 total meeting requests across the three days. The awards ceremony recognised standout innovators, investors, and leaders advancing the industry, from MedTech Startup of the Year to the Lifetime Achievement Award.
