Nominations are now open for the Medical Cannabis Awards

Recognising the best of the best in the medical cannabis industry

Medical Cannabiz World Summit has announced that nominations are now open for the Malta Medical Cannabis Awards, taking place 3rd November 2019, at the InterContinental Hotel, St Julian’s Malta.
The awards highlight achievements in this nascent but fast-growing industry in Europe. The Awards, the first of their kind in Malta, highlight those businesses that are making waves in key areas of the medical cannabis supply chain. Celebrate success by nominating or sponsoring this prestigious event in the medical cannabis calendar.

Now open for all to participate, the nominations for the Malta Medical Cannabis Awards include Producer of the Year, Distributor of the Year, Non-profit of the Year and more. In total eleven awards will be announced with three nominations for each.  All nominations are now invited on the Awards nomination page, to be submitted by 24th October 2019.

The nominations will be assessed by 20 experts from the medical cannabis industry, who will receive and analyse the shortlist. Three finalists will make it through in each category. The winners of each award will be decided by a panel of 9 judges of influence within the industry. 
The Medical Cannabis Awards Ceremony is also combined with a charity dinner hosted by SiGMA Group. This fund-raiser will auction a selection of artworks with all proceeds going to The SiGMA Foundation and SavingSophie.org – a medical cannabis related charity supporting care treatment for Sophie Ryan, as well as other young cancer sufferers who can benefit from medical cannabis treatments.
