Judging and Public Voting 

To ensure the Awards Gala remains fair, consistent, and transparent, a dual selection process is used. 

The Steering Committee conducts an expert, criteria-based evaluation for each category, while public voting captures the voice of the global community. Both perspectives are reviewed together to determine the final winner in every category.
