MedTech World has introduced a Simplified Chinese version of its website, marking a key step in its 2026 strategy to expand accessibility and engagement across key global markets. The update ensures that a broader segment of the MedTech World community can now access the platform’s content, insights, and event updates in a language that reflects the growing importance of Asia within the life sciences and medical technology sectors.
The addition is designed to make MedTech World’s ecosystem more inclusive, particularly for stakeholders across China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. From industry news and speaker announcements to event updates and opportunities, users can now navigate the platform in Simplified Chinese, enabling more seamless participation in the global MedTech conversation.
Dr Dylan Attard, CEO and Co-founder of MedTech World, commented on the development:
“As we continue to cater to our community from Asia, we felt it was time to introduce a Simplified Chinese version of our platform. This step allows us to better connect with a fast-growing segment of our audience and ensure they can engage with our content more effectively. At the same time, we remain focused on expanding accessibility further, as we continue to grow our presence across regions globally.”

The launch comes at a time when MedTech World is deepening its engagement with Asia, particularly with its upcoming flagship event in Hong Kong, scheduled for August 26–28. The region has become an important hub for innovation, investment, and collaboration in MedTech, making accessibility a practical priority for the organisation.
With the website now available in Simplified Chinese, audiences across Asia can stay informed on the latest developments, including speaker line-ups, partnership announcements, and opportunities to participate in MedTech World’s growing network.
The 2026 calendar reflects this global approach. Following its flagship event in Dubai earlier in February, MedTech World will next convene the industry in West Palm Beach, Florida, from May 11–13. The series will then move to Hong Kong in August, before returning to its home base in Malta from November 11–13.
Across these locations, MedTech World continues to bring together founders, investors, regulators, and healthcare leaders, facilitating conversations that support collaboration and progress within the sector.
The introduction of Simplified Chinese on its platform is part of a broader effort to ensure that these conversations are not limited by geography or language, but instead remain open to a truly global community.
As MedTech World continues to expand its presence across Asia, the upcoming Hong Kong flagship event, taking place from August 26–28, 2026, offers a platform for stakeholders across the ecosystem to engage, collaborate, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue in medical technology.
