On 1 October 2025, MedTech World, in collaboration with KPMG Singapore, will welcome more than 300 attendees to a day dedicated to fresh ideas and bold solutions in healthcare. Eight startups, each tackling some of medicine’s toughest challenges, will be presenting on stage before an audience of investors, innovators, and healthcare leaders. The room will be charged with anticipation — not just for what these founders have built, but for the possibilities their work opens up for patients, providers, and partners worldwide.

Lifetrack Medical Systems

Lifetrack Medical Systems has developed an easily distributable radiology solution that is scalable and cost-effective, designed to make high-quality imaging accessible for hospitals everywhere. At its core is an all-in-one ecosystem that unifies PACS, RIS, reporting, teleradiology, and analytics into a single cloud-based platform. This streamlines radiology workflows, reduces referral bottlenecks, and supports clinicians in delivering faster, more efficient patient care.

Digostics Asia Pte Ltd

Digostics is tackling the global diabetes crisis with GTT@home, the first internationally marketed home-based oral glucose tolerance test. By removing the need for clinic visits, this solution enables earlier diagnosis, faster throughput, and greater accessibility — key to tackling a disease often missed until late stages. With interoperability designed for integration into existing healthcare systems, Digostics is opening the door to large-scale population health programs.

Gero

Gero blends physics-informed AI and human datasets to discover new drug targets that separate ageing from disease. Backed by a $250 million licensing deal with Chugai Pharmaceutical, Gero’s platform is demonstrating real-world traction. By focusing on interpretable, human data–based models, it creates opportunities for therapies across multiple disease areas, making it one of the most intriguing AI-biotech crossovers for investors to watch.

Kinexcs Private Limited

Singapore-based Kinexcs is helping patients regain mobility through an AI-driven digital therapy platform combined with wearable devices. By tracking real-time movement and adapting therapy accordingly, Kinexcs bridges the gap between in-clinic rehabilitation and home-based care. With the rise of chronic conditions and ageing populations, its scalable model offers both patient benefits and strong commercial potential.

Jmees Inc.

Jmees has developed SurVis™, an AI-powered surgical support system that analyses live endoscopic video to help surgeons identify anatomical structures in real time. Already approved in Japan, the technology reduces variability in minimally invasive surgery, making procedures safer and more consistent. This positions Jmees as a compelling player in the growing surgical AI space, with clear paths to wider adoption.

AiDen Medical

AiDen Medical is building AI-driven healthcare solutions to support clinicians in decision-making and workflow efficiency. The company is expected to use the Singapore stage to showcase its unique edge in clinical validation and usability. For investors, AiDen represents an early opportunity in an increasingly competitive AI health-tech segment.

CartiFuse

CartiFuse is addressing orthopaedic and regenerative medicine challenges. Its focus on cartilage repair and joint health taps into a massive and growing market driven by sports injuries and ageing demographics. If the technology delivers improved outcomes with less surgical complexity, CartiFuse could become an attractive partner in orthopaedics, where innovation is both needed and lucrative.

Moon Technologies

Moon Technologies is on a mission to eliminate preventable visual impairment and blindness. The company has developed Glass, the world’s most comprehensive, self-administered, and ultra-portable ocular screening device. Glass integrates multiple clinically validated tests — from visual acuity and glaucoma to AMD and diabetic retinopathy — into a single handheld platform. Certified as a Class A device by Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority and pending FDA clearance, it allows rapid, accurate eye screening without requiring examiners or dedicated clinical space.

Looking ahead

The energy won’t stop with these presentations as MedTech World Singapore 2025 will dive into panels, keynotes, and fireside discussions where investors, industry leaders, and innovators come together to explore partnerships and new opportunities. For those attending, the day promises deeper insights into the trends shaping MedTech across Asia and beyond. Building on this momentum, MedTech World is already gearing up for its flagship conference in Hong Kong in September 2026, where a global audience will gather to discover the next generation of MedTech innovations and connect with leaders driving meaningful change in healthcare.
