The wait is over. After reviewing applications from promising MedTech companies working across diagnostics, digital health, surgical innovation, cardiovascular care, and AI-powered healthcare solutions, the final 10 startups selected for the MedTech World Startup Pitch Competition have officially been announced.
Taking place on Day 2, May 13, during MedTech World North America 2026, the competition will bring together founders, investors, healthcare leaders, and industry experts for one of the most anticipated sessions of the Florida edition.
This year’s Startup Pitch Competition is powered by Ascend Clinical Research, Beacon Launch Partners, Blue Goat Cyber, FloodGate Medical, KARV, Malta Enterprise, and Prolucid Technologies.
Selecting the finalists was no easy task. The companies chosen represent a wide range of technologies and approaches tackling some of healthcare’s pressing challenges. From improving access to diagnostics and surgical precision to advancing cardiovascular treatment and AI-supported workflows, the competition is set to showcase ideas that are already gaining momentum across the MedTech ecosystem.
Here are the 10 startups heading to the MedTech World stage in Florida.
Pitching: Nathalya Mamane, Co-Founder and CEO
Anywhere DX is focused on expanding access to diagnostics through portable and accessible healthcare solutions. The company’s approach aims to make testing and diagnostic services easier to deploy across a range of healthcare settings, supporting earlier detection and improved patient access to care.
Pitching: Francesco Petrini, Founder and CEO
Sensars develops technologies designed to support surgeons with enhanced visualization and sensing capabilities during procedures. The company works at the intersection of surgical navigation, imaging, and precision-guided intervention, aiming to improve clinical decision-making in the operating room.
Pitching: George Kramer, Founder and CEO
NEOCOR is developing minimally invasive cardiovascular solutions focused on valve repair technologies. The company’s work centers on addressing structural heart disease with approaches designed to reduce procedural complexity while improving outcomes for patients requiring cardiac intervention.

Sonion Health brings expertise in medical audio and sensing technologies into healthcare innovation. The company is focused on developing connected health solutions and technologies that support improved patient monitoring and clinical performance across healthcare environments.
Pitching: Andreas Fercher, Co-Founder and CEO
elyte diagnostics is working on diagnostic technologies designed to provide faster and more efficient testing capabilities. By combining scientific research with practical healthcare applications, the company aims to support clinicians with tools that enable timely and data-driven decisions.

Thrixen is developing healthcare technologies aimed at improving treatment delivery and patient care experiences. The company’s work focuses on combining innovation with usability, bringing forward solutions designed to fit seamlessly into clinical workflows.
Pitching: Jacob Sheffield, CEO and Founder
Bloom Surgical is advancing surgical technologies intended to support greater precision and efficiency in the operating room. The company is focused on developing tools that assist clinicians while helping improve procedural consistency and patient outcomes.
Pitching: Meital Segev-Bar, CEO
BioStream develops AI-powered healthcare infrastructure designed to support medical imaging and clinical data workflows. The company focuses on helping healthcare providers manage and analyze patient information more effectively while supporting scalable digital healthcare operations.
Pitching: Victor Suturin, Founder and CEO
Aliform is focused on surgical innovation with technologies designed to improve procedural efficiency and clinician experience. The company’s work reflects a broader push toward smarter and more adaptable surgical solutions within modern healthcare systems.
Pitching: Robert Winder, CEO and Co-Founder
