The final evening of MedTech Malta 2025 brought the community together for a memorable celebration of the people, companies, and ideas driving progress in MedTech, powered by Malta Digital Innovation Authority. The Awards Gala highlighted accomplishments across the sector, honouring innovators, leaders, researchers, service providers, and investors from around the world. With 21 award categories and six special recognitions, the night captured the spirit of collaboration that defined the entire conference.

The gala also included an art auction dedicated to supporting the SiGMA Foundation and its humanitarian efforts. Three original pieces were presented:
1. Is-Salib ta’ Malta (The Maltese Cross) — Lara Vella
Oil on Wood, 50×50 cm
A modern interpretation of the Maltese Cross blending baroque inspiration with contemporary symbolism.
2. Ananda in the Blue — Anastasia Vidovič
Acrylic on Canvas, 30×40 cm
An abstract exploration of rhythm, colour and serenity inspired by the Sanskrit concept of Ananda (bliss).
3. The Calling — Lucienne Spiteri
Oil on Canvas, 120×100 cm
A striking scene of movement, longing, and freedom, anchored in vivid crimson and emerald tones.
The auction added a thoughtful philanthropic dimension to the evening, reinforcing the community’s commitment to impact beyond the clinical and technological.
The Awards Gala marked the perfect conclusion to a week defined by collaboration and insight. With innovators, founders, clinicians, policymakers, and investors gathered under one roof, the night celebrated achievements that will continue to influence the MedTech sector in the year ahead.
