Judging and public voting:
To keep the Awards Gala fair, consistent, and transparent, we use a dual selection process. The Steering Committee conducts an expert, criteria based evaluation for each category, and public voting captures the community’s voice. Both perspectives are reviewed together to determine the final winner for every nomination.Give recognition where it’s due by nominating someone whose work has created a positive impact on the industry.
