MedTech World is proud to continue its partnership with AdvaMed as a Supporting Partner at The MedTech Conference, taking place October 18–21, 2026, in Boston. The partnership brings together two organizations with a shared ambition: strengthening the global MedTech ecosystem by connecting innovators, investors, healthcare providers, policymakers, and industry leaders through meaningful conversations and collaboration.

For decades, AdvaMed has served as one of the leading voices of the U.S. medical technology industry, convening thousands of executives, innovators, policymakers, clinicians, and investors at its flagship annual conference. MedTech World has built an international platform spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, creating opportunities for collaboration through global events, investment platforms, strategic partnerships, and media initiatives.

Together, the organizations create a bridge between the U.S. MedTech ecosystem and the wider international community, ensuring that the ideas, innovations, and partnerships emerging from one of the industry’s most influential gatherings continue to reach audiences far beyond the conference floor.

A global stage, built on a track record

For MedTech World, Boston is a continuation, not a debut. Last year, at The MedTech Conference in San Diego, California, MedTech World ran a media lounge where CEOs, investors, clinicians, and policy leaders spoke candidly about topics including market access, artificial intelligence, commercialization, and patient care.

Those conversations were captured on camera and distributed through the AdvaMed Partner Series | MedTech World at The MedTech Conference 2025, giving people who couldn’t attend in person access to unscripted, expert insight from across the industry.

This is the same approach MedTech World will bring to Boston for The MedTech Conference 2026, extending discussions beyond the event and making them accessible to a global audience. Throughout the conference, the Media Lounge will spotlight many of the topics shaping today’s MedTech industry, reflecting this year’s theme, “Medtech Moves Us,” including AI and digital health integration, regulatory and policy developments, market access and reimbursement, health equity, business growth and investment, startup innovation, commercialization, supply chain resilience, and advanced manufacturing. By capturing these conversations on camera, MedTech World helps ensure the insights shared in Boston continue to inform and connect the global MedTech community long after the conference concludes.

What industry leaders told us

A few of the moments that resonated most from the 2025 series:

Brad Maruca, Managing Director at Deloitte, on the real barrier facing new MedTech innovation:

“Seventy-five percent of patients offered a MedTech device or procedure refuse or delay it. That’s not a market access issue, it’s a patient acceptance issue.”

James Zanewicz, CEO of Connect, on cutting through the AI hype cycle:

“The biggest opportunity for MedTech right now is integrating AI in a way that’s actually realistic and not just a buzzword. You can’t just say you’re using AI. You have to find a way to make it truly impactful.”

Seth Goldenberg, President of Veeva MedTech, on why go-to-market thinking has to start on day one:

“You need to think not only about how you’re going to bring your product to market, but also how you’re going to sell it. If your value proposition works for payers, providers, clinicians, and patients, you’ll be successful.”
