Dr. Narges Sheikhansari is a public health executive with over a decade of experience in various global health affairs. While her main area of focus is developing and implementing strategies for healthcare transformation, her expertise spans population health, health policy, and digital health and innovation. Dr. Sheikhansari has successfully led significant public health projects, influencing policy at national and international levels.

Dr. Khulood Alsayegh

AI Lead Ethical Assessor & Non-resident Fellow Researcher at Mohamed Bin Rashid School of Government

Dr. Khulood Alsayegh, MD, is an accomplished healthcare leader and regulatory advisor, Head of Clinical Standards and Guidelines with Dubai Health Authority, a non- resident fellow researcher with Mohamed Bin Rashid School of Governance and consultant Family Physician. Qualified at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Harvard Medical school, Boston. She has 20 years of clinical experience in the United States, Europe, the GCC and the United Arab Emirates. Pioneer in Telehealth and AI ethics, certified as the first ethical Lead Assessor in healthcare within the Middle East and Africa, by IEEE. Participated as a speaker in multiple local and international conferences. Won multiple international awards and is currently leading the ongoing development of clinical standards for application to both private and public sectors across the emirate of Dubai.

Michael Maylahn

Investor at Plug & Play

Michael is a 3x entrepreneur and investor. He spent the last decade as CEO building a medtech company using proprietary hardware and algorithms to help clinical teams predict problems in their hospital patients. He is currently working with Plug and Play, investing in startups and accelerating innovation for large corporations and government.

AnaMaria Meshkurti

Partner and Investor at AMVS Capital

AnaMaria Meshkurti is a Tech investor and Strategic Board Member with AMVS Capital. She is also the Co Editor in Chief of Moneys Magazine, a publication featuring investors and entrepreneurs globally.
Previously she was the Head of Marketing, Communications and Engagement at the FONGIT (Fondation Genevoise pour l’InnovationTechnologique), the premier Swiss technology startup innovation platform and incubator. Aiming at achieving positive social and economic impact, FONGIT supports startups in the technology sector who are based in Geneva or want to set up their headquarters in the canton. She is a seasoned startup mentor and judge for startups focusing on emerging technologies including AI, IoT, Blockchain, XR and the Metaverse. She has been a guest judge in many events such as the Experience Accelerators Future of work hackathon and the UN AI for Good Global Summit Innovation Factory.

Hussein Albishi, CHIM,CRCR, CIA

President of Saudi Health Information Management Association

Hussein is the cofounder and the president of the Saudi Health Information Management Association (SHIMA). A Certified Health Information Manager (CHIM) with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Health Information Management (HIM) from Curtin University of Technology in Australia. He has more than 30 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM), Health Information Systems (HIS), CDI, Clinical Coding and Case-mix Management. Hussein served as a senior consultant for the Vision Realization Office (VRO) at the Ministry of Health. Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) by the US Healthcare Finance Association (HFMA). Hussein is also the co-founder of the Global Health Workforce Council established in Chicago in 2014-2016.In 2016, the International Federation for Health Information Management Associations (IFHIMA) elected Hussein as the IFHIMA Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean Region for the two terms 2016-2022. In 2024, Hussein was nominated as a member of the ACDIS Leadership Council and the NAHRI Leadership Council.

Kenneth Nelson

Ken Nelson currently serves as partner in the Medtech Advantage Fund, which has an exclusive partnership with Medtech Innovator (www.medtechinnovator.org ), the largest medtech and digital health startup accelerator globally. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board for CardiaCare, and is an active board member for HeartX, HeartBeam (NASDAQ: BEAT), and a handful of other disruptive cardiac digital health and medtech startups.
Over the past 10 years, Ken has led commercial efforts for disruptive technologies in the digital health, wearables, and cardiac remote patient monitoring industries, playing a significant role in building the teams, cultures, and infrastructures for 3 of the top 4 market share players in cardiac digital health and remote patient monitoring, including #1 (BioTelemetry as VP of Sales), #2 (iRhythm as VP of Sales & Marketing), and #4 (Bardy Diagnostics as Chief Commercial Officer). Most recently, he served as Head of Digital Health, Diagnostics, and Monitoring for Biotronik, a leading cardiac digital health and medical device company.
Overall, he is a 20 year digital health, medical device, and remote patient monitoring executive and innovator with successful senior leadership experience ranging from a Fortune 500 company (Boston Scientific) to a #1 market share leading medium sized company (Biotelemetry, acquisition by Philips for $2.8 Billion announced in December ’20) to 3 start-ups, 1 of which eventually led to an extremely successful IPO (iRhythm) and another which was just acquired by HillRom/ Baxter (Bardy Diagnostics) in August 2021 for $400M+ after milestone payments. Ken earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, and resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and 3 children.

Sultan Moraished

Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence at Red Sea Global

Sultan Moraished serves as the Group Head of Technology & Corporate Excellence for Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind The Red Sea and AMAALA, two ambitious tourism developments set along the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia. These destinations will play key roles in the realization of Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s blueprint for economic diversification and sustainable development.
In his role, Sultan leads the technological innovation and strategic development across all facets of RSG’s tech operations across corporate, consumer, and developments. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, including the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to drive efficiency and innovation. His leadership extends to fostering a culture of technological excellence within the organization.
Before assuming his current position, Sultan was RSG’s Chief Information Security Officer. In this capacity, he spearheaded the planning, implementation, and management of comprehensive cybersecurity and data management technologies, ensuring the protection of the company’s digital assets.
Prior to joining RSG, Sultan held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at HSBC Saudi Arabia, where he established and led the information security, data management, business continuity, and fraud prevention functions. His contributions included leading a working committee appointed by the Capital
Market Authority to draft cybersecurity controls for investment companies in Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in his career, Sultan worked at SABB Bank, where he managed end-user technology operations and ensured the security of employee data and email communications. His professional journey began in the hospitality sector at Alfaisaliah Hotel, then part of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
Sultan holds an MSc in Computer Science from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and a BSc in Information Technology from King Saud University. He is also an alumnus of the first Saudi Digital Leaders’ Program, graduating in October 2020.
